Booking and scheduling. Bookings are made through this form by choosing a date and a 3-hour arrival window. A booking remains a request until we confirm it. Heavy snowfall, extreme cold, equipment issues or unsafe road conditions may cause delays; if so, we will notify you and attend as soon as it is safe to do so.
Vehicles in the work area. If vehicles are parked in the area to be cleared, we will be unable to perform the service. We will notify you and reschedule your clearing.
Payment. Prices are as shown on this website and are confirmed when we confirm your booking. Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed, such as under a seasonal contract. Service may be paused while a balance remains unpaid.
Cancellation. You may cancel or change your booking at no charge any time before we arrive. If we arrive and cannot complete the work because the area is blocked or the booking is cancelled on site, a trip fee may apply. If we must cancel due to weather or equipment issues, we will reschedule at no additional cost.
